This website presents pricing for informational purposes only. No payment processing occurs through the site. Service agreements are confirmed separately in writing.

All text, graphics, logos, and reports we produce are owned by Sitehemlockway Mining Review Co., Ltd. or licensed to us. You may not reproduce assessment reports for commercial resale without written permission. Personal use of reports for building management or landlord disclosure is permitted.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate room dimensions, electrical information, and contact details when requesting services. You are responsible for compliance with building management rules, local noise ordinances, and electrical codes. Our guidance does not constitute legal or regulatory approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

Assessments and reports reflect conditions observed on the visit date. We are not liable for manufacturer defects, hash rate fluctuations, market losses, or neighbour disputes arising after installation. Our liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from unauthorised modifications to equipment, violation of building rules, or misrepresentation of site conditions you provided.

The site may reference external hardware manufacturers and image hosts. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for their policies or product changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
